I’m Jaden, the face behind Paints by Jaden! I’m a college student at the University of Arkansas and proud to be a NWA native. What started as painting banners for friends and special occasions quickly grew into a passion project that allows me to bring a unique, personal touch to your celebrations.

Paints by Jaden is more than just a business, it’s a way for me to find joy and calm in my busy college life by doing what I love most. Whether you’re celebrating your best friend’s birthday or your daughter’s graduation, I’m here to help create the perfect, custom gift that makes those moments even more special.

When I’m not painting or in class, you’ll probably find me at the lake, hanging out with friends, or enjoying a home cooked meal at my grandma’s house!

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens once I have placed my order?

I will reach out to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. I will create a custom mockup of your banner design that can be changed until it is perfect for your event!

Once the mock up is approved, you will be required to make a payment. I will not start on the product until the payment is received.

I will contact you once your item is ready for pickup/delivery!

How far in advance should I place my order?

I am so glad you asked! As a college student, my schedule can fill up fast. My best advice is to place orders ASAP!

Orders placed at least 2-3 weeks in advance are accepted without a rush fee! However, times vary for each product and it is important to read about the product before ordering.

Can I customize my banner, sign, or bottle?

All items are completely customizable unless they are pre-order only!

So far, Game Day Banners are the only non-customizable item, but you still get three great options to choose from!

Note: Prices of items may vary depending on designs or other factors!

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept Venmo, Apple Pay, and cash for local pickup/delivery!

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Since my products are custom, I do not offer refunds for cancellation.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product, we can discuss options for a partial or full refund!
